State Farm dominates list of largest DFW office leases

State Farm Insurance dominated the latest Top 25 listing as the tenant in three of the top five Office Leases for deals signed in 2012. Cassidy Turley’s Randy Cooper and Craig Wilson were tenant brokers on all three deals.

State Farm’s 190/Plano Road location finished at the top with a lease amounting to 1.52 million square feet. Meanwhile the State Farm 3950-4000 Regent Blvd. location in Irving took third with 410,000 square feet and fourth place went to State Farm on Galatyn Parkway in Richardson at 291,649.

Denbury Resources in Plano had 507,613 square feet of space to take second place. Fifth place was Christus Health at 210,000.
