The Richardson Chamber and City Officials helped celebrate the opening of the new Sprouts Farmers Market with a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Wednesday, July 23rd.

The natural foods store is located at 1343 W. Campbell Road in northwest Richardson.

Mayor Pro Tem Bob Townsend and Council Member Place 3 John Murphy gave high praise to this popular retailer for selecting the Richardson site. John also noted that the Sprouts store is in his district as he welcomed the addition to Richardson. Chamber president Bill Sproull welcomed Sprouts Regional Manager Kevin Seei and Store Manager Dennis Morrison and their Sprouts employees and said that the chamber looks forward to working with Sprouts.

The 30,816 square-foot market is the anchor in the Pavilion East Shopping Center on the southeast corner of Campbell and Coit Roads.  “The community of Richardson has expressed great interest in having a Sprouts Market of their own.
