Coit Rd, has already garnered 1,600 likes on Facebook. The menu offers a variety of British-traditional dishes such as chicken liver parfait, but the house favorite remains fish and chips, which accounts for 90 percent of the restaurant’s sales. A fast-casual restaurant, it will feel like there is no wait for your order. Their efficient service may be attributed to their futuristic operation, as every order is made at their self-serve kiosk. Location: 300 W Campbell Rd #140 Richardson’s newest authentic-Mexican restaurant, Ranitas y Grill, opened in July. The restaurant boasts private rooms for pool, ping pong, and Xbox, giving customers the opportunity to enjoy their food while having fun. Location: 812 S Central Expy Bulldog Katsu is a Japanese-fusion restaurant that specializes in serving katsu. Katsu is made by deep frying slices of meat coated in beaten eggs, flour, and panko (Japanese bread crumbs). The restaurant opened in July on the intersection of N Plano Rd and Campbell Rd. Location: 2010 N. Plano Rd # 104 Pepper Trade Café is a unique restaurant that focuses on East Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines, which were found along the ancient pepper trade routes. Location: 1801 N Greenville Ave #100 Tacqui is a Japanese experience with a twist on street food, art, and culture. The restaurant serves tacos with a variety of sauce enriching Japanese aromas to choose from and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. UT Dallas: Phase 2 Photography by Northside Apartments Phase 2 of Northside at The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) is now complete. The completion of the second phase has added 323 new apartments units and 900 beds to Northside, however it is expected that the university will add another 6,600 square feet of space for retail.
