In case you missed it: a recap of the State Farm Insurance story in Richardson

Richardson has received quite a bit of media coverage recently. At the forefront, KDC purchased 186 acres of land on the President George Bush Turnpike and DART rail line for a $1.5 billion mixed-use development that will include a 1.5 million-square-foot State Farm Insurance office campus, 3,925 multi-family residential units, hotels, retail and restaurants. In other major news, Bank of America recently sold three of its Richardson buildings to Champion Partners, which subsequently leased two of the buildings totaling 311,000 square feet to State Farm.
