One of the largest office campus in Richardson’s Telecom Corridor is up for grabs.

Three of the four buildings in the 800,000-square-foot office complex are leased to State Farm Insurance Co.

The buildings in the Galatyn Park development are located just east of North Central Expressway.

Dallas-based investor Champion Partners bought the properties in 2013 and 2010. They are being marketed for sale by HFF LP.

State Farm leased three of the buildings for temporary office space while its huge 2 million square-foot Richardson regional campus is being built.

State Farm’s leases in the buildings expire in 2016 and 2018.

Bank of America occupies the fourth building with a lease that runs to 2023.

All four of the large office buildings are located near a DART light station.

The buildings were constructed between 1997 and 2000 and originally housed offices for telecom firm Nortel.

Champion Partners – which is selling the buildings – just purchased a large office tower in Dallas’ Oak Lawn neighborhood. And the company also owns buildings in North Dallas.
