An Austin-based real estate investor has purchased a high-profile office building in Richardson.

Capital Commercial Investments Inc. bought the Turnpike Commons building from high-tech firm Cisco Systems.

The building is one of four on Cisco’s Richardson campus at Bush Turnpike and Jupiter Road.

Built in 1999, the office building contains almost 180,000 square feet.

Commercial real estate firm JLL brokered the sale of the property.
